The Battery and Electrical Specialist Association (BESA) is a collection of battery specialist companies
dedicated to strengthening our individual members, vendor relationships and our customer base. We
are committed to building a best in class nationwide distribution network. We are actively seeking
new members that are looking to take their business to the next level.
Many of our members were referred to us, however BESA membership is open to persons and/or companies
that apply and are approved by the membership committee. The membership committee meets monthly
and membership is approved in a timely fashion.
BESA members are required to make a minimum of $500,000.00 worth of annual purchases through BESA
approved vendors in order to maintain their active status. Membership dues and assessments are
set by the Board of Directors and approved by a majority vote of the active membership. Dues
and assessments shall be paid to the Secretary/Treasurer within 30 days of the vote.
